Flavor Notes – Hoppy – Pine, Orange, Woodsy

Technique – Step Mash

Malt – Origin Pilsner Malt, BEST Caramunich, Weyermann Vienna

Hop – El Dorado, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe

Yeast – Augustiner

Glassware – Pilsner

Here it goes! Everyone has been asking when/if we would ever have an IPA so You're Welcome, we did it. Here is a throwback to the early aughts and an ode to the IBU races. This is Bridge’s End take on a west coast IPA. This IPA is everything you would imagine when you say the word IPA; Hoppy, bitter, resinous, and piney.
