This was the first beer ever brewed at Bridge’s End Brewing Co. A classic German-style Pilsner brewed with Sugar Creek Under-Modified German malt. This beer employs a single decoction to enhance malt character without adding sweetness. The hop bill consists of Hallertau Tradition for bittering and Spalter Select and Saphir in the whirlpool. We used a cool pool technique to accentuate hop aroma and drinkability.
