What You’ll Do:

  • Keep dishes, cookware, and utensils spotless and ready

You’ll work closely with the back of house
and front of house teams, keeping the line clear, the flow steady, and the guests happy. No flash, just precision. This role’s about rhythm, attention to detail, and showing up for your team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keep the expo station stocked, clean, and running sharp
  • Double-check every plate before it hits the table—accuracy, timing, presentation
  • Move between BOH and FOH like a pro, keeping communication crisp
  • Tackle opening and closing tasks with care and consistency
  • Lend a hand wherever it’s needed—runners, servers, kitchen, the whole crew
  • Monitor freshness and help keep waste low and quality high
  • Flag issues early—inventory, equipment, or guest concerns—and loop in a lead or manager fast
