Hoppy – Citrus, Grapefruit, Pine This is our answer for modern IPA. It utilizes our house lager strain, and we pack all the hops into the whirlpool and a dry hop. We utilize a large amount of cryo centennial, cryo Simcoe, and cryo El Dorado hops. This is very hop forward beer with low bitterness that we based the grist bill around a NE Hazy IPA. It contains both wheat and oats.
