Dana: Our Events Manager

Meet Dana

If you’ve spent time at Bridge’s End, there’s a good chance Dana has had a hand in making your experience feel easy even if you didn’t realize it.
As our Events Manager, Dana is driven by one simple idea: take care of people. It’s something she’s built her career around, long before Bridge’s End. She spent over a decade first managing then owning Powell Village Winery. Deciding she was ready for the next chapter, she read about Bridge’s End in a news article. Inspired by the vision and story, she knew she wanted to be part of it following along from the early days, driving by the buildout, and waiting for the right moment to make her move. Initially her resume got lost in the hundreds of emails received around the opening. But by a lucky twist of fate, a friend of a friend got her in the door.
And when that moment came, she went after it.
That same energy shows up in how she approaches events today. For Dana, it’s not just about good food or great beer—it’s about making people feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. The goal? That you walk out thinking it was the easiest event you’ve ever thrown.
She’s big on the little things—the details you don’t have to think about, the moments that make a night feel effortless—she’s on it. Because in her words, you can have the best food or drink in the world, but if people don’t feel taken care of, it doesn’t matter.
When she’s not at Bridge’s End, you’ll probably find her at the gym (five days a week, no exceptions), with a book in hand, or diving into the world of wine. She recently earned her Level 1 WSET certification and is already working toward the next level. And yes, she’ll admit it—her appreciation for a great pour goes beyond beer.
Ask her for a recommendation and she won’t hesitate: the salmon, the burrata, and don’t overlook the fried chicken sandwich (her son insists it’s the best he’s ever had). If she’s drinking, there’s a good chance it’s a Pity Parti (Belgian Tripel)—or our signature Sazerac (light on the simple syrup;).
At the end of the day, Dana brings the same personality to work that she does everywhere else—funny, creative, spunky…even a little spicy…but don’t let the spice fool you. She’s one of the nicest and most caring people we know!
If you’re planning something, she’s your go-to!
