About the Role:
We’ve got part-time and full-time spots open for dependable, detail-minded
folks who know how to hold down the line. This is a scratch kitchen, built on
honest ingredients, real teamwork, and a deep respect for feeding people well.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep, cook, and plate with care
and consistency - Keep the line stocked, clean, and
running smooth - Know the menu and execute it like

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep the expo station stocked, clean, and running sharp

- Tackle opening and closing tasks with care and consistency
- Lend a hand wherever it’s needed—runners, servers, kitchen, the
whole crew - Monitor freshness and help keep waste low and quality high
- Flag issues early—inventory, equipment, or guest concerns—and loop
in a lead or manager fast
