She’s got Arizona fine dining roots, a country bar origin story, and a service-driven heart.

Meet Nikki — our other half behind the bar and one of the creative minds behind your favorite seasonal cocktails.

“My love language is service. It gives me energy to take care of others — and I want every guest to have a comfortable, chill, delicious experience that makes them want to come back.”

A few things you should know:

• She’s hardworking, thoughtful, and kind (everyone loves her…seriously).
• Currently loving “Playing With Fire” — a bold spin on an Old Fashioned (Do you like the smokey taste of S’mores? If so, come give this a swig!)
• Favorite culinary flex? “Some pretty damn good shrimp & grits”
• Secret talent: Rebuilds and refinishes furniture in her free time.
• Believes the top three ingredients to bar success are: Time Management, Good Attitude, and Honesty
