Edison Brewing Collaboration

 

A traditional Maibock with a couple curveballs. German Hops and a single decoction create a beautiful base that we then lightly dry-hopped and lagered on planks of soft maple. The hops used are slightly newer varietals. Herkules and Mandarina Bavaria lend spicy and citrusy notes to an otherwise dry and malty German lager.
