Yeast – White Labs Rhine Kolsch

 

Ohio Craft Brewer’s Association Statewide Collaboration

 

This collaboration benefits the Ohio Craft Brewer’s Association to support craft brewers across the state. The OCBA provides everything from educational resources, networking opportunities and lobbying efforts to benefit the Ohio craft brewing community.

This beer recipe was designed by Kevin Ely, owner of the Wooly Pig Farm Brewery, and incorporates a new hop blend from BSG and Czech malts sourced and distributed by CMG.

A lovely “Early Summer Ale” was the inspiration for this recipe which has roots in traditional British beer culture.
