Let us introduce you to our first beer, L'inizio. Meaning, "the beginning" in Italian, we chose it for this Italian Pilsner for pretty obvious reasons. Bill and the boys were grateful to have collabed with our generous friends at Gemüt Biergarten on this floral and fruity pilsner.

To create it, they started with a traditionally brewed German pilsner. Post-fermentation, using a technique of dry hopping, they added a combination of old-world and new-world Noble hops. The result is a familiar tasting pilsner, but with a delicate floral and fruity aroma. In the same way Italians approach food, it is to be enjoyed with all of your senses. Italian Pilsners are described as bridge beers because they serve as an introduction to craft beers for those unfamiliar with the style yet are a treat for craft brew aficionados. L’Inizio is a fitting name and style for Bridge’s End’s first offering. Salute!
